Each Monday, we break down the numbers from the past weekend sale, online and in-person averages, high sellers, bidding trends, and what the data tells us about the current Longhorn market. Let's take a quick look at what happened this weekend. In today's Monday Mini, we're recapping the 2026 GG Fog Classic Longhorn Sale from this past weekend, September 12th, in Culpepper, Virginia. We'll be breaking down the most sued animals, top sellers, both online and in person, and overall activity on Hired Hand Live.

The GNG Fall Classic sale delivered strong engagement both in the ring and online, and the data tells the story from sale averages to total views and activity on hiredhandlive.com.

There were 47 lots that sold in total. The unofficial total was $292,400, while the unofficial average was $6,222. The internet only average was $6,603.

As the 16th sale of the year to be included in our Hieriedhand Live Trends and Averages series, the year-to-date average now sits at $9,502 and the internet only average at $6,818. There were just over 20,000 total views of consignments online with 60 registered internet bidders. The most viewed lot after the sale was lot number two, ECR Lovely Rose, consigned by the Fenza Walter Wilson Partnership, and she received just around 840 hits.

Now that we've covered the overall stats, let's spotlight the top five in-person sales from the Fall Classic. These consignments drew serious attention and left Virginia with excited new owners.

The fifth highest selling lot to an in-person buyer was lot number 21, Dun Absolute, consigned by Tally Longhorns, selling for $9,000 to Shady Creek Ranch.

The fourth highest-selling lot to an in-person buyer was lot 40, highest queen, consigned by Green Valley Ranch, and she sold for $10,000 to Ann Grabbitt.

For the third highest selling lot to an in-person buyer, we have a tie. The tie is between lot number seven, Black Betty, consigned by Rocky Meadow Longhorns, who sold for $10,500 to Silver T Ranch, and lot number 31, Sunhaven Magnolia, who sold for the same price, was consigned by Sunhaven Farms and sold to Daniel Putt.

And the second highest selling lot to an in-person buyer was actually a three-way tie. It was lot 1A, Don't Stop Jamless Pearls, consigned by Gumhill Farm. The second one was lot 1B, which was the twin from 1A, is Don't Stop Jamless Diamonds, consigned by Gumhill Farm. Both of those sold to Lloyd Esh. And the third one is lot 5, Silver Satin, which is consigned by Silver T Ranch, selling to the Murray Oswald Partnership, and all three of these sold for $11,000 each.

And the number one highest selling lot to an in-person buyer was lot number six, Pacific Delia, consigned by M7 Longhorns, selling for $15,500 to the Murray Oswald Partnership.

After the in-person highlights, let's shift to online bidding. We'd like to thank the host of the JG Fall Classic for trusting Hired Hand Live to connect the buyers from across the country. Here are the top five animals sold through internet bidding.

The fifth highest selling lot on Hired Hand Live was number three, DW Midnight Pass, consigned by Dreamwood Farms, selling for $8,500 to James Walsdorf.

The fourth highest selling lot to an online buyer was lot four, NACC Dragon Tuff, consigned by New Age Cattle Company, selling for $8,750 to John Sheblick.

The third highest selling lot over Hired Hand Live was a tie between lot number 15, Dragon Coal, consigned by Mountain Kettle Farms, selling to Blaine Kaler, and lot number two, ECR Lovely Rose, consigned by the Fenza Walter Wilson Partnership, selling to Jose Cordozo. Both of these animals sold for $10,000 each.

The second highest selling lot to an online buyer was lot 34, which was a sub, 50 heels high, consigned by Black Log Farm, selling for $10,500 to Bailey Lamar.

And the highest selling lot over the internet was also the highest selling lot of the sale. Lot number 23, KVR Double Wild Child, consigned by Crater Valley Ranch, selling for $20,500 to Daryl Presley. Thanks to all of the online bidders and buyers. With those top sales covered, let's look at the impact of internet bidding. Hired Hand Live connected buyers and sellers from wherever they were, and the numbers from the GG Fall Classics showed just how strong that reach was.

There was $105,650 value added through internet bidding with 16 lots selling online to 11 different online buyers. With this sale taking place in Culpepper, Virginia, our furthest internet buyer was located in Brazil, roughly 4,000 miles away from where the sale was held.

If you're following the National Longhorn Futurity ranking this year, we have an update from this past weekend's GNG Fall Classic Fachurity from September 11th in Culpeper, Virginia.

Let's go over the class winners from the Fachurity this past weekend. The very first class they had was new this year, which was the Black Log class. The winner from FAT was D.R. Legends Share, entered by the DR Henry Ranch. She ended with 225.75 points.

The class one winner was D.R. Firefly, signed by Greg Gilley, receiving 227 points.

The class two winner, DW Noble Sky, was entered by Lloyd Esh. She ended with 228.25 points.

The class three winner was Mayday Princess LP, entered by New Age Cattle Company, receiving 225.75 points.
